Emergency Communications via Repeaters
Between Pickens
Foothills Amateur Radio Club (FARC) agrees to allow Pickens County ARES (Pickens CARES) to use the Club’s repeaters (146.70- & 442.125) for emergency purposes, drills/SETs and nets.
Pickens CARES will conduct routine drills, not limited to the national SET, but not exceeding one per month on FARC repeaters.
Pickens CARES will make every attempt to not interfere with on-going nets which are already established on FARC repeaters. Most will be on the weekends.
Pickens CARES will contact FARC with as much advance notice as possible before drills.
FARC agrees to allow Pickens CARES to establish a weekly net to be scheduled for a day and time that does not interfere with on-going FARC activities.

written notification by either party.
